Working with an associate project manager to successfully manage and
deliver a large complex project. Involved in all phases of a project (From the beginning to close out), works independently but receives basic
instruction on specific assignments, objectives and possible solutions. Coordinate and supervise BIM modelers and senior level engineers, meet planned budgets time schedules and approved quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Implement design requirements and regulations into design mediums, to deliver sustainable, aesthetic and budget-consideration.
- Identify equipments, materials and municipality requirements and
oversee all construction-related tasks.
- Develop and oversee production of layouts, documentation sheets in coordination with multidisciplinary team.
- Provide support to BIM manager, regarding team training and quality assurance.
- Working interactively with project and serve teams across the company, leveraging computational techniques and methods to solve complex
multidisciplinary problems and build tools and interoperability workflows.

Design Architect team leader who works collaboratively with team
members and provides guidance to junior staff and Coordinate and
supervise BIM modelers,Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by
Architectural Designers. Ensures compliance with applicable codes,
standards, and client requirements, Involved in all phases of a project from concept, schematic, detailed design, tender and construction drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project architect, project manager and other team members.
- Development of the architectural 3d model in REVIT model.
- Create ideas for new designs and discuss it with the senior design then develop it to meet the client requirements.
- Support project architect in coordinating and producing design
documents across all project phases.
- Coordinate on with in-house engineering and other external consultants.
