Park Slope Condos

The Park Slope Condo project revitalizes a neighborhood eyesore of more than 30 years. Deteriorated beyond repair, a disjointed facade of boarded windows, the broken brownstone served as an inspiration for the new six storey building.

The four residential/one commercial condo building is a contemporary interpretation of a brownstone in 21st century Brooklyn. The brick structure matches the classic window grid of its neighbors with one corner torn away, revealing a glass facade for the ground floor commercial space. The pervious building, a chaotic landmark, is interpreted in a post-modern corniced bay on the third floor. Meanwhile on the fourth floor the building again matches the communal block-front cornice. The building is topped off by a two story glass and brick penthouse crowned again by the classic cornice.
