Studio SFW is a Manhattan-based architecture and interior design firm focusing on residential projects. Founding partners Rachael Stollar, Erin Fearins, and Ward Welch have designed, renovated, and decorated homes in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley, as well as in Connecticut and New Jersey. An accomplished practice with a decidedly southern sensibility, Studio SFW brings more than two decades of collaborative creativity and hands-on design development and implementation to its work.

Recent projects include renovation and interior design of a modernist Montauk cliff house and an historical Brooklyn Heights Carriage house; renovation, site development and interior design of a Kinderhook, NY farm compound, including a main house and two barns; gut renovation and interior design of a generous UWS pre-war apartment; renovation and interior design of a 5.7 K sq ft Park Slope townhouse, circa 1910. Past projects have been featured in print and online international and national publications including Architectural Digest Italia, domino, Cottages & Gardens, and more.
