This T-shaped "clever" house is designed to accommodate the environmental sensibility of its occupants. It consists of several intersecting volumes, each one strategically placed in relation to the whole and to the site, in order to achieve maximum bioclimatic performance
The residence incorporates heating and cooling pipe system in the concrete and masonry elements of the architecture, rendering them invisible. Low power consumption geothermic pumps in combination to standard petrol boilers produce heating and cooling all year round. Also, "clever home" systems of automation are introduced, controlling the mechanical and electrical functionality of the house.
