the client wanted a single level, low maintenance, age in place, primary residence that celebrated fog.... thats right, the client loves fog !!! the building is separated into 3 major forms that are shifted from one another on 10 degree increments and cascaded across the site to maximize the useable site area and the extension of interior spaces to the outdoor landscape and to take advantage of solar orientation and panoramic views, while minimizing views of adjacent structures and future structures.
