With four separate entities of the Stagwell Group coming together in a new, two-floor One World Trade Center office space, the design team found itself navigating the challenges of blending and merging five different work strategies and aesthetic styles into one cohesive space. The design architect, a primarily residential firm, sought the aid of Montroy Andersen DeMarco and its commercial design and architectural team to help facilitate the design development presentation process, along with the furniture specification process and implementation of the construction documents and construction administration.
