Television production company, Jupiter Entertainment worked closely with MADGI to design and build their new landlord build-to-suit NYC office. A creative company, Jupiter placed much emphasis on the design of the furniture layout, looking to MADGI and Benhar Office Interiors to use furniture in a strategic manner, creating clusters of work space with a focus on ease of open collaboration and communication. Using low panel heights with minimal storage, the majority of workstations include a seat pad for perching guests.  Technology being identified as an important end-user need facilitates the specification of convenience outlets and USB ports at every desk surface. At the more I.T. intensive work areas, dual monitor arms and additional storage space is introduced, creating more dense and efficient workstations in a limited footprint. The single and double occupant offices are treated in a similar manner, using simple office furniture and minimal storage, with expansive tackable surface for presentations, desk surface mounted outlets and USB ports and colorful guest seating.  The conference and meeting spaces are furnished with wood conference tables and credenzas, enlivening the space and including functional touches, such as waste receptacles and small refrigerators.  Finally, warmth and socialization are identified as values of the company, and as such several lounge and hotelling furniture clusters are introduced throughout the space, bringing color and comfort to the office.
