280,000 sf mixed-use building in Portland's historic Pearl District. Ground-floor retail with four levels of structured parking and three floors of commercial office space. An intensive roof garden located on the seventh floor combined with an extensive green roof provides storm water treatment for 100% of the project site. Project earned a LEED-CS Gold certification in 2007.
