Joint project between the City of Hillsboro, Tuality Hospital, and Pacific University that provides four levels of structured parking over ground floor retail and Portland Community College satellite campus.  Parking for 800 cars, including thirteen EV charging stations, 85 bicycles with on-site repair and maintenance facility, LED lighting throughout with daylight sensors, provides a safe and energy-efficient place for commuters who work and study in nearby facilities.  Project was awarded "Best Deign of a Parking Facility by the International Parking Institute in 2012.
