This 130,000sf city hall, retail, and professional services building frames a central civic plaza with interactive fountains. Awarded LEED Gold status upon completion in 2004. Serves as the main town center for this community of 100,000 people. City serves the high-tech community with many large employers. LRS / Specht Development was awarded the project after a rigorous design competition among (6) design/build partners.
