This single story house was designed in a colonial + modern myanmar architecture as it will be constructed in Pyin Oo Lwin; a town with popular colonial buildings.

It includes a balcony in the gable with three gabled dormers on each 
side of the roof enabling the natural sunlight.

The fron t porth was designed with myanmar style handrails and 
woodern patterns making the whole building style as a mix of 
colonial + modern myanmar architecture style.
