This two and a half storeyed house was designed with a huge porch to add volume to the house as the client wanted it to have a grand and welcoming feeling although it is only 40' wide and 40' long. Wood and natural clay tiles are used as the main aesthetical material. The balcony on the second floor is covered partially by the wooden planks which also can be used as a roof garden for relaxation purpose.
