This project consists of a proposal for a 60-unit housing project in Los Angeles. The goal was to create a complex of apartments that promoted limited single person living for low-income residents. This project includes 225 sq. ft. - 450 sq. ft. apartments with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The main object was keeping each apartment at a low sq. ft. while providing the basic utilities. Each apartment has a studio layout with a joint bathroom for every 2 apartments. All other amenities and community gathering spaces are located on the ground floor and the roof.
