About 

Hello, my name is Shenaia Turner and I'm a multidisciplinary designer from Los Angeles, California, USA. I've worked in architecture, computation and AI, digital fabrication, and sometimes photography for the last decade. I have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and am currently pursuing a Master's degree of Science in Design with a focus on Robotics and Autonomous Systems at the University of Pennsylvania. I am a passionate and innovative designer with an interest in combining computation within the workflow and design of architecture and a commitment to creating spaces that inspire and captivate.

Currently participating in the set-up, operation, and clean-up of robot lab tasks and support for the following machines: ABB IRB4600-60 floor and track robots, two ABB IRB120 robots, and two UR 10 robots. Performed daily operations of robots including routine maintenance and assisting in installing, testing, and maintaining equipment.

Supported a small project management team within the architecture division in the bureau to prepare guidelines and EIR requirements for a civic project near LA City Hall. Participated in site visits and collected analysis for digital models for a project in Lincoln Heights using Rhino3D and Revit. Through this internship I gained NCARB experience for Project Management and Programming and Analysis.

Supported a small 20 member firm of architectural designers to provide educational projects for the City of Pasadena and Fairfax using Revit and AutoCAD. Participated in visits to educational sites for analysis to prepare architectural drawings for renovation. Through this internship I gained NCARB experience for Project Development and Documentation.
