Built a 3D walk-through logic maze at Burning Man 2019 at my camp Amazeballz, which was an updated extrusion of our step-over logic maze in 2017. The structure was made from a diaphragm grid of 2x2s supporting 36 2x2 columns, which were each embedded seven inches beneath the hard playa surface. Paracord running through holes in the top of each column supported colored polyester fabric curtains that served the puzzle of the maze. Solar-powered micro LEDs lit up the structure at night.
