Topia Is A Master Plan Along The Border Of Paradise Valley And Scottsdale, Arizona. The Master Plan Facilitates Multiple Land Use Measures, With A Luxurious And Hedonistic Approach To Sustainable Development. Most Notably The Project Will Serve As A Center For Both Natural And Synthetic Waste Water Treatment For The City Of Paradise Valley (Currently The City Outsources These Services To Scottsdale And Phoenix). The Project Also Aims To Challenge Many Of The Strict Zoning Ordinances Within The Boundaries Of Paradise Valley By Combining Lush Landscaping, Natural And Recreational Saline Pools And Organic Water Treatment Processes. Programing Of The Site Plan Incorporates Medium To High Density Housing, Multiple Resorts, Outdoor Recreation, Housing, A Community Center, Ground Level Retail, And Miscellaneous Facilities.
