The 4200 sq ft home in Southampton New York, uses passivhaus strategies of metal roofs, high thermal mass, limited west-facing glazing, and a courtyard that engenders cross ventilation. Its series of outdoor rooms culminates in a roof garden overlooking the enchanted forest of a nature preserve that borders the property. Slated for construction Spring 2024.
