Quill Bus depot is an existing bus depot which occupies the entire block between 40th and 41st Streets and 11th and 12th Avenues. 

The Project performs a study to examine the feasibility of constructing a overbuild structure over the existing facility. The objective of this study is to perform a structural  analysis of the existing building and identify an building design which would be allowed if the site was re-zoned. 

The shape and configuration of the structure was then molded to comply with the zoning bulk requirement.
