Our architects were given a completely empty space in the basement of the family holiday villa with a swimming pool, landscape and an open courtyard water feature landscape in the Center of the villa.

The client wanted a simple, clean and modern style for the family holiday villa from bustling city life. He also wanted a building which comprised of the main home and a guest home connected to each other with a foyer.

The family holiday villa contains an open courtyard water feature landscape in the Center of the villa، 4 bedrooms, a mad bedroom, a laundry, large living room, a swimming pool (4*11m), a family room with island kitchen with access from the backyard, a parking, and the guest living room. He wanted a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen.

Since we wanted to start the design from scratch, the most important step was to hear the client and learn exactly what he had in mind. We had to constantly talk and listen to him to get a good understanding of his style. And this was the key to our success.
