Existing building was completely demolished to create new 2 story detached house in new style.We were contracted by the owner to provide full building control package in 2 phases. It was our challenges to consider the second stage at structural of the phase1.

This house had all possible structural subjects for common UK building including the new basement and retaining wall, complicated timber roof design, steel and timber members and new access.
