DE VILLA

With the expansion and commonality of daily urban life, day by day, Human experience has become more distant from life in nature. That living away from the nature has created a sense of border limitations in humans. The users of this project, like many residents of Qom city, live in an apartment and wanted to spend their free time in the heart of nature.

In this project, the dominant thought is to reach a clear border between human and Nature; A border along the solitude. In fact, this building is a solitude in the heart of nature that a person surrounded by a city has taken refuge. The main idea of this project is to create fluid boundaries and then form solitude based on these boundaries. The name of the project "Villa De" has been chosen based on the prefix (DE), which means separation from the life of the current cities and solitude in the heart of nature.

Therefore, in the process of finding the form, the yards were considered in such a way that living inside the space becomes living in the middle of nature. In the organization of open and closed spaces in the Plan, tried to place axes of vision along the open space. This courtyards provides a poetic experience by creating different axes of view.

Due to the importance of the natural space in this project, a minimum physical plan considered for it, and the project designed in only one level, but the unique and attractive view of the surrounding area has caused an observation deck designed on the roof of the project. From rooftop, you can enjoy the surrounding scenery as much as possible.
