While at Sundance Architectural Products I designed retractable canopies for the poolside lounge beds at the Walt Disney World Four Seasons, a 5 Diamond Luxury Resort. We were given the general parameters of what the client wanted and I designed the canopy shape, mechanism, and mounting brackets. This was even more challenging as the canopies were mounted on a radiused wall.
