Interior and exterior design renovation in a gutted space within the Bethesda Metro Center Hyatt Hotel. Interior included extensive millwork design and detailing. Exterior included custom pavilion and light fixture as well as renovations to the building facade. Also included was the design of signage for the porte cochere.
