The first project GCA commissioned from an Rardin and Carroll Master Plan was to expand its recreation facilities and food services. A 350 seat cafeteria and fieldhouse with classrooms, exercise facilities, and support spaces was added to an existing gymnasium. A full service kitchen serves both the field house and the gymnasium, along with a private dining room for staff. A central commons  provides a  security check-in and queuing for events. Locker rooms, dressing rooms, and concessions are centrally located support spaces. The 1200 seat fieldhouse was designed with a stage for events and performances.
