Rardin and Carroll Architects has pursued client centered design solutions, while partnering with multidisciplinary professionals to create functional, cost effective and quality designs. RCA appreciates the tradition and value of existing design and seeks to enhance the overall aesthetic by complementing the past and energizing the future with designs to uplift the human spirit and environment.  

RCA was founded to provide design services, based on Christian ethics, to non-profit and civic organizations.  The firm has expanded to provide services for Housing, Commercial  and Industrial clients.  

The firm has completed over 700 facility designs with projects in over 13 States. The Interior Design studio was added in 1998 to provide collaboration in all phases of the design services.  The firm works with alternate project delivery methods, including negotiated  select team, partnering and design-build.
