The Enfeh residence sits on a sloping site in a semi-rural environment with no direct built references to react to. In a self-referential move, the concept focuses on the articulation of two volumes- an ellipse and longitudinal quadrangle; which house respectively the reception and bedrooms/services.The volumes are oriented in a way that direct the views away from blocking neighboring buildings; towards the sea and Balamand mountain.The ellipse sits as an object in the garden, accessed through a glazed bridge. Its materiality consists of glass and wood fins. Access and landscape reinforces the project's parti, isolating the street with a sleeping willow garden, and opening up to the sea with an infinity pool.
