Master Plan for a predominantly residential community with supporting retail, commercial and community facilities at the International Media and Production Zone (IMPZ) in Dubai.

Occupying an attractive location alongside IMPZ's central lagoon, the Master Plan was arranged to provide views to this from within the community. A mixed-use cluster of accommodation is proposed at the edge of the lagoon in order to encourage activity while also, allowing a long view across the lagoon and direct access to the wider IMPZ road network.

Various environmental design considerations were adopted that include encouraging passive cooling within the community and the arrangement of dwellings to minimise solar gain.

Site grading and construction of the primary access commenced in 2013.
