About

Peter Hofmann is a Swiss-Peruvian descent, career-based architect and visual artist raised in the Neo-Modernism zeitgeist of three vibrant continents, achieving a global experience by collaborating with culturally diverse clients and core-creative design teams. Subsequent move to Florida in 2010, while the U.S. real estate market crash affected the region, Peter founded a consulting firm based in Palm Beach acting as an architectural designer-drafts person where he played a leading role in the design development of a restaurant franchise model to an international chain in the Caribbean region. He formerly served as an architectural designer on several multi-million-dollar commercial hospitality projects throughout Venezuela to Central America. His love of the outdoors, and the process of making, led him to pursue a holistic approach to architecture as a means of studying and inspiring change in the world. As an advocate for sustainable design Peter started directing his career path through studies conducted in global sustainability at WCU Western Colorado University after intensive training in passive solar house design and building with EBA Earthship Biotecture Academy in New Mexico in 2015. His liberal arts background combined with a mastery of conducting the integration of CAD 3D, BIM-based parametric information into project design, enabled him to conceptualize and communicate big-picture ideas and realize them at an architectural scale. Peter's initiatory academic education granted him a postgraduate diploma in Construction Management at UNIMET~Metropolitan University of Venezuela in 2009, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from  IUPSM~ Santiago Mariño Polytechnic University Institute in 2004, grade Cum-Laude.
