This project comprises of nine high-end town homes in Indonesia. I worked on the project during the end of the Design Phase to achieve the client's approval to begin the Design Development Phase. During this project, I further development the site plan with the Senior Planner and further development the floor plans with the Senior Designer. I also aided in the research into maximizing the rentable area on the site by rearranging green space and the floor plan types in specific building compositions.
