For this project I was the Project Architect & Manager for a gut renovation of an upper east-side townhouse. I took the owner’s design documents and shepherd them through the DOB and LPC filing process and was the construction administrator of the project. I was the primary reviewer of all GC submissions including requisitions, change orders, RFIs and shop drawings. I also provided on-site 3D hand sketches of details that further articulated the designer’s intentions.
