At WPG Design Group I was the Project Designer/Architect/ Manger that established and maintained an eight year relationship with a financial company at the WTC. For this client I developed master plans of their four contiguous floors, programed and designed over two dozen spaces, created AutoCAD CDs, bid proposal packages and leveled the bids received. With each of these projects I worked with the department leaders and facilities department to identify and solve their needs. I either created or directed the creation of CDs, filed with the Port Authority and was the construction administrator. Many of these projects were highly technical build-outs including a data center, trading floors, a commissary with a full commercial kitchen and the full renovation of the executive offices. The last project was with the CEO’s design architect.
