The Urban Housing project was based on living conditions found in Tijuana, Mexico.  The typical parameters of the single family dwelling was scaled to create a modular dwelling to promote a live/work environment.  The modular geometry allows each dwelling to stack as well as provide outdoor program.  Residents can choose whether to utilize their indoor/outdoor spaces as private residences or as a market place to generate income.
