All public buildings have 4 relationships. People and street, People and building,  Budiling and street, and building and interior. These relationships can be either positive or negetive depending on the design. In this project, the street and the building are incorperated into one envelope. The buildings are layed out based on program and the need for imidiate access. The buidlings are then related to each other across the street. They are then rotated so that the face of the buildings are perpendicular to each other. This sets up a direct relationship bettween entrences across the street.
