Create a community park adjacent to the new Mountain Vista High School and mixed use site. The site was to include a whole range of sporting areas and playing fields along with green space, naturalistic spaces, and wild- life habitat. A new community recreation center was to be the focus and decided the ultimate layout of the site. This new park was intended to be a socialization and meeting space for multiple new residential communities in the area.

The multiple analysis diagrams show different alternatives for how the programmed elements on the site are to be designed. The larger alternative on the right graphically shows the chosen final alternative for the master plan. The axonometric aerial rendering shows the final master plan from an angled elevated perspective. The two perspective renderings on the bottom right explain the vision of a couple of spaces within the site.
