Create a linear space which makes a connection for pedestrian/bicycle traffic and creates positive circulation. A central plaza is created to allow users of the Zoology buildings and classrooms to utilize this narrow, now desolate hardscape. Tables and seating below shade trees along with an open, green area entice visitors to socialize and spend time in this space.

The analysis diagram renderings explain the proposed hardscape layout along with the planting concept and proposed circulation concept. The diagrams overlay as each additional concept is shown. The section rendering on the bottom is an east-west cut view of the green space in the center of the site.
