(3) campuses for children with mental or physical handicaps. My design was chosen by the Ministry of Education Kuwait amongst 3 competing team schemes. I did master planning and building design with guidance from an educational consultant for children with special needs. I was the office Educational Planning expert. There are up to 21 buildings per campus. There are (15) complete & independent school buildings for boys and girls levels K-12. Each campus also has a Residence tower, High Rise Administration building, and large Gymnasium with an Olympic size competition lap pool. There are schools for Autism, Mental Retardation, Downs Syndrome, Blind, Deaf, Physically handicap & Career Workshops.  I was 1 of 5 managers from DD through Bid documentation. At one point I was coordinating and managing with up to 15 staff. The project valuation was $1.2 Billion +, 6.5 million sqr ft. I coordinated with Domestic & Overseas staff, Kitchen, Pool, Theatre, Workshop equipment, & Security consultants. Projects under bid & construction as of 2013.
