East Los Angeles High School #2 is a 2,300 student body, 12.2 acre, 213,000 sf, 8 buildings and a below grade parking structure. Type II F.R. . $150 million valuation. I was one of two team members that won a 3 team master planning competition. We designed a planning strategy and construction sequence that allowed the new school to be open 2 years ahead of schedule. This saved the schoold district millions of dollars in escalation costs.  I created many 3d Studies for design evaluations of the public spaces. I remained an integral designer/production coordinator through DD.. I followed the project in various roles through the Construction Documentation and Construciton Administration process.
