The new urban project is built in an area of 80.000m2 as a piece that continues the existing residential development. In this sense, the geometric design of the new road network preserves the natural  topography and landscape.

The urban proposal combines low and medium density, with an area for attached single family dwelling (R1), and another housing area in block (R2 and R3), with two and three floors. The choice of this typology gets brings open spaces that will be used for resting areas and gardens, community facilities, public buildings and parking areas for vehicles.
