The new community centre will be materialized as a container with a versatile and flexible use of the  space.
Two main elements  will define it:
1 The basement, an excavated volume, stony and permeable, crossed by two 'interior streets' connecting int. -ext. space and where public functions will take place.
2 Above it, 3  independent and massive concrete volumes ,connected in the middle and floating on top of this open basement.
