This award-winning project in historic Whitemarsh Twp, was the realization of the first step of the master campus plan RAA designed with PMFS. The 7,500sf multi-purpose building houses a hardwood floor gymnasium with soaring exposed trusses and adjoining proscenium stage. It also contains administrative spaces, a gallery, backstage prep area, and a 1,000sf sound-isolated central HVAC attic that serves both buildings. The 2,500sf art building includes a large open studio as well as a separate a clay and kiln studio. This $3M project received the Montgomery County Land Development Award for new construction in a historic district.
