• Created a master plan for mega-condominium complex including 6 condominium towers, multiple pools and outdoor recreation areas, restaurant and retail.   Design included careful consideration of the “active” adult lifestyle.
• Designed plans and interior elevations for restaurant, boutique shops and grand lobby facilities.
• Detailed external façade of condominium towers.
• Designed and created construction documents for external pool, landscaping, and recreation area for one tower.
