• Designed, constructed and provided turn-key architectural, interior and project management services for a high-end retail client near Rodeo Drive.  Project included showroom, boudoir, design and sewing work space.
• Initiated project programming and created concept storyboards to gain client design direction.
• Worked within a tight budget ($38/ sq ft).
• Completed design and construction in a 3-month time frame while the store was open for business.
