Responsible for preparing construction documents as well as part of the construction/ restoration team on site.

Major rehabilitation, balancing energy efficiency improvements and modern comfort with regulatory standards for preserving the historic house was carefully guided.  The design added exterior insulation and wiring under the new roof and clapboards, so that interior finishes could be left intact.   A living room skylight and a mix of new indirect T8 fluorescent and accent light fixtures highlight the architecture, while brightening the rustic interior.
