Through innovative design created a mixed-use community envisioned to achieve LEED for Neighborhood Development.  The design intent was to promote sustainable design practices while creating communities focusing on pedestrian and neighborhood connectivity.  Created 3-D renderings for public presentations.

Responsible for site planning, design and preparation of schematic drawings for various city authorities and township presentations.
