A multi-family housing is a major part of the revitalization plan for the Delaware River Riverfront.  The building is designed and documented for modular construction.  The building is 214,500 sf, 10 stories with 224 apartments.  The amenity roof deck provides views of the Delaware River, Penn Treaty Park and the Philadelphia skyline.  This will be the first large scale modular steel construction project in Philadelphia.
