Problem:
Design an experimental theater on a restrictive lot using a dynamic element as one of the featured elements in the building.

Solution:
The project was focused on the facade as a movable marquee and on the best use of a constricted site. The site, which has more of a commercial feel on the main frontage and more of a residential feel towards the north, was separated with this feel in mind. The service L divides the more private theater from the more public lobby and office spaces.
