I'm a graduate of University of Colorado. I have been looking for work with a firm so I can gain experience. I have been doing some drafting and some design work to survive since graduating.

• Created proposal based on client requirements, budget, tentative site, and code. Provided several market-appropriate options and consulted with client to attain approval.
• Submitted drawing set for approval by the local planning department.
• Created drawings for contractor bid. Provided clarification on design and materials to bidding companies.
• Consulted between client and contractor throughout construction. Revised design to accommodate final project budget.
• Created marketing materials to sell the home.
Drafter
• Developed numerous technical drawings based on architect’s designs for commercial and residential projects.
Website and Graphic Designer
• Created websites for designer and architect firms. Websites served as these companies’ online point of presence.
• Created designer’s professional portfolio.

Designer – Outdoor Theater
• Proposed design based on available space and budget. Presented concept to school faculty, board of directors, administrators, students, and parents.
• Coordinated between builder and client throughout construction. During construction, redesigned to accommodate client’s revised budget.

• Produced multiple design options for multi-tenant retail space. Created mockups showing how the space could be tailored for potential tenants. These were used to lease the property.
• Served as liaison between design team and field. Responsible for scheduling and material selection. Provided input on advanced technical and logistical issues.
