The competition featured the challenge to find a new ideea in the traditional urban typology of Brasov  for the rehabilitation  and urban design of Johannes Honterus Court, encouraging creativity and architectural research, targeting to implement a contemporary solution in this historic site with sensitivity and respect for the existing urban context.
