The project’s signature move is its continuous, compound-sloping roof plane which follows the maximum building height for the site. From the outside, the roof unifies the project’s massing and provides a vivid counterpart to the neighborhood’s menagerie of conventional roof forms. The resulting angled underside of this roof plane will provide the clients with a dramatic architectural experience from within their primary living spaces.
