Sabadell+ is project for a high-efficiency rehabilitation of an old prefabricated block of dwellings.
The projects creates a new skin to wrap the building up, increasing it’s thermal efficiency. On the south façade, the new skins becomes a balcony, that the building today is missing. This balcony apart from adding a new area for the houses, its cushion space that accumulates heat as a greenhouse in winter and it dissipates it on summer time before it gets to the inside.
The project is solved with steel and concrete prefabricated pieces to ensure a fast and dry construction without disturbing the  neighbors.
